Can I Smoke After Getting My Tooth Pulled?

I just got my tooth pulled there today around 1.30pm I'm dying for a fag..can anyone tel me if I'm able to cause I heard not for 48hrs...then not for a few hrs..I'm dying for a fag I want to have 1 can anyone tell me how long properly n when..??

No! Do not smoke for a week after an extraction!  This creates a suction in your mouth.  Straws and spitting does this as well.

You can get dry socket.  An extremely painful condition where the blood clot is dislodged from the socket and reveals your bone.  This hurts and does not allow a good healing process. Please try to wait as long as you can.

I just got my tooth pulled  out  yesterday around 11:30 am. I still havent smoked but dying to smoke its already 11:30 the next day. I'm I safe to smoke already its been 24hrs since?
