Mine are too, and I'm 12. I most certainly am not pregnant. Like if I squeeze my boobs it is hard like I'm pressing on a really hard bone..and it might be my bone but it's just weird.

It is normal for your breast to hardden during pregnancy. Your glands are swelling as your hormones trigger your body to start producing milk. Soon they will almost double in size and become very tender. If you are planning on breast feeding you can place hot towels on them or let the shower run hot water on them for relief.
If you are not planning on breast feeding you can wrap them with a ace bandage. This will be very uncomfortable, but it will suppress your glands and eventually (2-3weeks after delivery) let your body know that the milk is not needed.
