I'm also 2 months pregnant.I am in so much pain that I thought I had food poisoning or something.The doctor said I was fine and that its just the pregnancy.She gave me something 2 take through the anal and some kind of stomach medicine to stop the burning in my stomach.She said that I just have 2 wait it out.

If thats the cause Please visit your Ob for proper assessments maybe you need to have a bed rest or something so I strongly advise you see your OB
