First you should check with a professional to see if have that to lose. How old are you? What is you height, weight, body type? Next, wake up and do at least 20 minutes of cardioid before you consume anything. No food or drink before. Next relax and shower. This is when you are burning all excess from the previous day and then some. Eat some oatmeal for breakfast with a little fruit. Start drinking tons of water. This will tell your body that it doesn't need to hold onto any because you will give it water all the time. For lunch eat a salad with 8-10 ounces of protein (can of tuna, piece of chicken, egg or two, fish). In the afternoon have a snack of some sort apple, granola bar, dry cereal. Dinner will be similar to lunch. Big salad with some protein. Somewhere from lunch to evening you should have another exercise session. This is a diet that is used to cut weight for competitions. It is not usually fun but will yield good results. Make sure you check with your doctor first!!! A "diet" is a quick fix only. You would be better off adjusting your lifestyle and maintaining it. To lose weight all you need to do is consume less calories than you burn in a given day. Eat balanced meals and exercise and you should see results over time.

I have several ways:
- Eat lots of pineapples because they have these things which burn fat
- Try replacing sugar with honey.. Its better and burns calories
- Drink green tea and not the black tea because it also burns calories
- Eat more fruits and veg and avoid JUNK FOOD which is the food that is made by someone else other than you except your family because you don't know what they made it from.

If you are really dedicated and as stupid as this diet is give it a try might work
no exercise
Only eat breakfast and dinner nothing else
Piece of fruit for breakfast ad salad for dinner
your body adjusts to this after a week so its only a short term thing

Hmmm... 20kgs in a month, I'm about to give it ago so il let you know how I did it. Thats if I succeed. I once lost 7kgs in 6days just eating watermelon and coffee, felt dreadful though because it was summer and I was exercising heaps and working outside... But it was still awesome!

There is a great diet that I tried my self, I lost @ 20 pounds in one week, It's the apple diet. Only apple for a week, self juiced apple and apple apple apple... Only for one week, after that it's essential to drink 2 litres of water a day and lots of protein and salads... To keep it up, other wise do not lose your time.. Because that is what you will end-up doing!

First of all take care of your diet, stop eating junk food, have lots of water and add fat burning food into your meal. You can lose weight easily if you know that you can do it. Here is a diet you can go on.First, when you wake up, you drink a cup of water and thank god that you are alive. Then you should exercise or walk for 45 minutes. Then you have breakfast. You should have a piece of toast with egg white and fresh juice. Then you spend your day normally but without any food, and drink LOTS of water.Then after 6 hours have a snack , which could be an apple , a pear , or  carrot. Then eat your lunch 3 hours later. It should be salad and something with protein ( turkey, chicken, fish, meat, or tuna) Your dinner should be the same. Exercise again through the day. Eat no later than 7 Pm. If you get hungry drink herbal tea.

I'm 150 cm my weight is 65 kg I'm 14 years old , I want to be 50 kilos to be on the write weight of my height and I want to lose 15 kilos in 1 moth before school starts coz my body is my biggest week point in my life so please help me to lose them quickly .

First of all, check your height and check your weight, if for example you are 170cm you need to be 70kgs to be healthy but if you weigh 90 you need to lose 20 kgs
which is a lot!!
So you got to listen to the following advice carefully
Ok, about food first of all you have to cut back on food BIG time, no chocolates, no candy, no lollipop, no nothing of that sort, and especially no pepsi/miranda/fanta/coca cola

That is very tall for a 13 year old girl... At 13 you should be happy with your weight. You are only becoming a teen / adult now and the "baby" fat will fall off in time. Just be patient...

20 Kg means almost 44 lbs in a month. This huge weight reduction is not medically indicated. It will have very bad effects on your general health. But you can try to reduce 20 Kg in 2 months. For this you have to make some adjustment in your lifestyle and feeding habits. Along with exercise or daily brisk walk, your calorie intake should match your daily consumption. To calculate daily calorie intake, first of all calculate your basal metabolic rate by following formula.
BMR for Men=66+(13.7 X wt in kg)+(5 X ht in cm)-(6.8X age in years)
BMR for women =655+(9.6 X wt in kg)+(1.8 X ht in cm)-(4.7 X age in years).
Now multiply your BMR with activity multiplier.
Sedentary = BMR X 1.2
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375
Moderate Active = BMR X 1.55
Very active = BMR X 1.725
Extraordinary active = BMR X 1.9.
In this way you can calculate your daily calories requirements. If you want to reduce or increase weight then put your desired weight in the weight space of the BMR formula.

I'm 183cm, 16, female and weigh 73kgs. Is that a normal weight for a teenager? I don't excersice or anything, and I never have so its hard for me to nuckle down and do the stuff. It would be great to know a diet that isn't extreemly restricting and allows me to still be my lazy self :)

Why don't you join a gym. Take on of their programs. DO NOT starve yourself, you have to get enough energy. My brother used to be really fat like 80 kgs age of 14. He got sick and tired of people making fun of him, so he really worked out and lost 45kgs in like 5 months. He went to the gym to work out and get fit, at least 4 times or 5 times a week. He would normally go to the gym after school. He also changed his eating habits. He ate Cod Fish normally instead of rice. No oily foods, you can have it once a while but not all the time. Just follow this and I can bet you will lose a lot of weight fast. My brother is now super fit and last time people used to pick on him now, they praise him.

20 kg for 1 months ?? That's to much bro... For healthy reason maximum weight to reduce is 2-3 kg per month. And also you didn't mention your age. If your age is under 17, it's very dangerous to reduce 20 kg for 1 months..

Just slow down and everything is gonna be okay....

This is not possible instantly.Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods, at first,,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.

Also, do an hour of walking each day at least. Or some type of exercise.You should lose about 10 lbs per month.If you wants to calculate your weight on daily basis you can use this Weight Loss Calculator,it shows the appropriate results.

I lost 22 pounds (10 kilos) in 4 months - I was 176 and now i'm 154. I am 21 years old and i'm 5'11. I am saying this because I want you to have realistic expectations. So not to disapoint you later, i will tell you right away that losing 10 pounds a month is incredibly hard and almost impossible as well as bad for your health (i know you want to lose weight at all cost and don't care much about your health, but i hope you never know how serious a health problem can be...).

How to reduce weight? I will tell you: Start jogging everyday 6 days a week, get some cardio vascular exercises. First day - run for 5 minutes, 10 on the next, keep it on 15 for three days then add some time. In three weeks begin to jog for 30 minutes everyday. Listen the only effective and quick way to lose weight are not pills, or fat burners, or stupid bowel cleansers... People want to sell you those to make profit.. They will drop your weight but only water weight... Never fat.. They will never burn your fat. So if you want to lose weight, work for it!

Drink 8 glasses of cold water everyday unless its winter... Keep the water at room temperature. If you're on a diet... Stick to it! Or else you will remain a fat *** all your life... I am sure you do not want that. Do not eat sugar! That thing is crap! No more sodas... No more white bread.. No more pastas! Eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, nothing fried! NO FAST FOOD AT ALL!!

That's not healthy to loose that much weight in such a short amount of time! Very likely you will do more damage than good; putting the body through a vigorous exercise regimen with little amounts of fuel to help recover will not work! Starving yourself can also slow your metabolism that will not help the weight loss! Eat loads of fruit/veg and cut down on portion sizes, try training yourself to drink a glass of water instead of snacking between meals. I also found replacing soft drinks/juice with water made a good difference! Exercise for at least 1 hour a day doing anything that gets you out off breath and is fun (sensibly tho), sounds a lot at first, but compared to the amount of time people do sitting about it's nothing!!

If you wants to track your weight on daily basis then use this weight loss tracker app through which you can easily came to know about your calories level.

How to lose 20kg within a month? It's very simple every 0600 hours you wake up and run non-stop for 1 hour (stop running at 0700 hours) - this is proven effective because my height is 180 and before I weigh 110 kg and now I've lost 50kg within one month and currently I'm underweight at 60kg present time. WARNING : Before running , ensure that you carry out warm up exercises such as stretching and knee stretch and so on. I look more handsome now then before when I was called - cute polar bear.. OR..alternatively you can look forward into running for 24 hours and you will lose 90kg!!!

Limitations of running 24/7 - you will colapse unconscious
  - your bones wont be strong
  - you will die eventually...

THOSE ARE RISKY!

So best way is! Eat potato chips non-stop everyday!

Now serious.. The best yet proven is diet and carry out a healthy lifestyle and please don't exaggerate by skipping meal you are actually putting on more puff to your fatty body!

A healthy amount of weightloss per week would be .5-1% of your bodyweight.

For a 150 pound person, that is .75 - 1.5 pounds/week. (.22 - .68kg)

Others say 1-2 pounds/week is a healthy amount...(.45 - .90kg)

To lose 20kg in a month, you're suggesting a loss of 0.66kg/day, which is 1.4 pounds per day...

which is 4.6kg/10 pounds/week...

That is a LOT of weight to lose each week!

It is possible to lose that kind of weight each week, however only if you are starting out in the obese category. 

if you are closer to your ideal weight as a male/female, that kind of weight loss in a week is not going to be healthy or even possible.

To lose weight you need to be eating less calories than your body requires to maintain it's current weight.  To find out what your maintenance calories are, take your bodyweight and multiply it by 15.

So if you were say, 300 pounds, that would be 300x15 = 4,500 cal/day.

To burn off 1 pound, you need to burn 3,500 calories.

So if you were on a 1,200 calorie diet(which is the lowest you should ever go, that would be a deficit of 3,300 calories/day, which is almost 1 pound of fatloss a day.

Couple that with some cardio to create more of a deficit and you can see weightloss of 10 pounds/week(4.6kg/week) like you wanted.

If you are not this overweight, you may want to set more realistic weight loss goals, and make sure you educate yourself more on the proper way to lose weight.

All you need to do is invest $150 in a cross-trainer.  Its like a stepping machine that works the arms and legs... For half hour every day, you can use this in front of the TV of a night time.  Worked for me :)
