You have to train your body not to eat late at night... that means NO eating after 7 pm is good, or 3 hours before you go to sleep. Keep some water by your bed, or make yourself some hot chamomile tea, or a tea with Valerian or other relaxer herb. I love "Sleepy Time" tea by Celestial Seasonings - it is chamomile and mint. They make a Sleepytime Extra with Valerian which promotes rest and sleep. You kind of have to experiment with this - you don't want to be waking up to go to the bathroom, and then realizing you are hungry!
Have you and your parents talk to your doctor. If hunger is specifically causing you to wake up at night, there could be a medical reason involved. The doctor can perhaps prescribe something that will interrupt the hunger pangs. There are some conditions where the brain does not register the stomach as "full" even if it is. So, talk to your family doc.
Also, make certain your bedroom is a restful place... clean, neat and tidy with fresh sheets, clean jammies, and warm blankets. Make certain your alarm clock is not casting too much light in the room. Soft music (try Pachelbel's Canon in D - even if you are into heavy metal) and fresh fragrances... lavendar, for example. Make yourself feel special when you go to bed, and you will be more likely to sleep deeply.

I can't fall asleep if I'm hungry. Right now I'm drinking Gatorade and it settling my hunger a bit.

Oh yes... I forgot... if you can, take a hot bath with lavender or other relaxing-sented salts. You can find these at KMart for a very reasonable price. If you don't have a bath tub, take a warm shower and use a scented body wash.
