I am 20 years old and how can I increase my height
After 18 years of age, increase in height is not possible in both males and females because increase in height depends upon growth of large bones which stop to grow after 18 years of age. These large bones have epiphysis which grow in the absence of androgen both in male and female. At the time of puberty, androgen starts to produce and epiphysis of bone starts to close and is completely closed at complete sexual maturity which is achieved at the age of 18 years. Growth of large bones can also be ceased earlier if androgen are produced earlier.
