This question sounds very much like an assignment that you have been given on a course that you are doing. As such, there is very little benefit to you, apart from the obvious one that you don't have to do it, in someone giving you the answer. You will not learn anything by someone else doing it, and it could, in fact, have negative repercussions because you could need the knowledge that you would have gained at some point in the future.

  • Cheating
Of course there could be a very valid reason why you want help with this question, such as you really do have your back against the wall and do not have the time to commit to it. If this is the case, your tutors would much rather you explained the situation to them rather than cheated.

  • Extension on your deadline
There must be very few tutors in the world that have not been in this kind of situation themselves, and the majority of them will be sympathetic to your situation, providing it isn't something that you do regularly and is simply a time management issue that you have, and will accommodate you  by giving you an extension.

  • Getting caught
On the other hand, if you get somebody else to do it for you and you get caught, you could lose everything that you have worked so hard to achieve. There's a good chance that you would get caught because what are the chances that someone will write in the same style as you, or have the same knowledge that your tutors know that you have.

  • Another reason why only can answer this question
The question is actually asking you to refer to something that you already identified. There's only you that knows what that is.
