This really depends on your own body and it will vary from individual to individual. Some women find they become pregnant not long after having an IUD removed whereas others may have to wait a while longer. According to health experts, using the IUD and then having it removed does not affect most women’s chances of getting pregnant. Taking this into account, once a woman stops using this method of contraception, her normal levels of fertility will resume.
Some doctors advise women to wait until they have their next period before trying to get pregnant. This will help ensure the uterus is cleaned out and ready for conception. Then again, there are some women who have found they had no problems trying to conceive a few days after having the IUD removed and were surprised to find they were pregnant afterwards. It really is an individual case by case matter, but if you are concerned about trying for a baby so soon after having it removed, get some further advice from your doctor.
Women who have just had an IUD removed and who wish to fall pregnant should think about taking some supplements such as folic acid. They could also have a look at their lifestyle to include more exercise and adopt a healthier diet. Cutting down on alcohol and stopping smoking may also help a women become pregnant.
If you have been trying to conceive for more than a year and have altered your lifestyle, to no avail- you may need to book an appointment with your doctor to rule out any underlying health problems that may be affecting your chances of getting pregnant.

It depends which IUD do you have?
With the Mirena IUD it can take a while up to a month or even longer for some women or you can get pregnant right away as soon as you ovulate, this is because it contains hormones progesterone to be more specific which means that your body might have got used to the hormone and not ovulate on its own since its out of practice.
With the para guard IUD you can get pregnant right away since it does not contain any hormones.

I all depends on your body, some people take almost a year, or months to get pregnant, for me I took it out and got pregnant 2 weeks after, now I am 15 weeks pregnant. Good luck.

When I took mines out I wanted to get pregnant right away, but my doctor said it wasn't safe. She said to wait until I saw my period before trying to have a baby. Your body need time to heal after having the IUD out. She also said that If i get pregnant right after i got the IUD out, I could have a miscarriage. What did your doctor say?

To get pregnant, it takes about 15 to 20 days and the symptoms start arising. Mostly it takes 30 days or month but it depends on one's health.

If you got  baby implant you should be pregnant right away. If you got a breast implant then you can try as soon as you aren't on any painkillers. If you got a heart implant, then I would ask a physician. If you got a brain implant then you would know the answer already.
