Implantation bleeding is caused when an egg has fertilized and implants itself in the uterus. The Implantation bleeding occurs before the period, usually a week or so before the period. It is a very small amount of bleeding and is usually of pinkish or brownish color. On the other hand the Miscarriage bleeding is usually very severe and contains clots and tissues.
