There is something that you have to understand with cancer, and that is that there is never going to be an exact time which can be put on someone's life, no matter how bad the cancer may be. As each and every one of us is different with regards to how strong we are and how our bodies deal with things, cancer is going to affect all of us differently as it takes its toll. Doctors can never put an exact time on someone's life, they can only guess at how long someone is going to have left to live and this is why they should not be taken too seriously. There are many people who are given weeks to live and go on to live many years with cancer, and there are some people who are given years and only live a few weeks. You can never be sure.

The only thing that you can be sure about is to ensure that you do not focus on the time that is left and that you make yourself as strong as possible by eating everything that you should be and staying as active as you can. This is going to ensure that you are going to put the cancer off for as long as you can and that you can make the most of the time that you have left.

No one should be able to tell you how long you have left to live, you should ensure that you never focus on the cancer and that you don't let anyone who has the cancer let it get them down, as this is going to put them back and they are not going to live for as long as they can. As each and every cancer is different and can take different directions you can never be sure what the outcome is going to be. However, if the cancer is the bone the life expectancy is not going to be too long as the patient will become frail and immobile.
