Recently I had much the same problem before a colonoscopy, taking all the pills, drinking the water and awaiting the results. In the middle of the night my questions were answered in a very violent fashion which emptied me out completely. I had been warned to not stray too far from a bathroom and was very glad I took these warnings to heart. Hopefully you will see similar results very soon.
