Try only eating only 3 almonds a day it works I was 195 now I'm 85 lbs. 1 almond for breakfast 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner and drink lots of water it only took about 2-3 weeks

How to lose 50lbs in 1 week:

Step 1: Be clinically obese, preferably 500lbs+ so as to make it that much easier to create a massive caloric deficit.

It takes 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound.  At 500lbs, the calories you need to maintain your weight would be: Bodyweight (500) x 15 = 7,500 calories/day...that leaves more room to lose more weight.

Step 2: Eat nothing the entire week.  This would let you burn 7,500x7 = 52,500 calories for the week, which would burn 15 pounds.  You'd likely lose an additional 5-6 pounds of water weight as well.  So lets say 20 pounds total.

Step 3: Where are the other 30 pounds going to come from? Cardio of course! 1 hour of cardio burns 500 calories.. 7 hours of cardio would burn 1 extra pound...So!

You would need to do 210 hours of cardio this week, which is 30 hours per day....WOOPS, there are only 24 hours in a day.

Well damn, guess this is not possible!

It's best to be more realistic in your weight loss goals, educate yourself on what is and is not possible, then follow a sound strategic diet plan to see the best results in the fastest time possible.

Try swimming 10 miles a day I know it sounds like a lot but if you want that body to die for you`ll do it!

I am really wanting to lose weight. I am 13 years old and I weight 192 lbs. ): Its hard to do when I'm this young. But I don't look as much as I weigh. Its just horrible.

There are no chances of loosing 50 lb weight in one week. If you tried to do this by dieting, you will get many complications. But you can chalk out your weight loosing program. Avoid taking fats, don't take protein more than 28 gram per day, you can eat carbohydrates, avoid taking bakery food and sweets. Go for brisk walk for one hour daily or start with minimum time and then increase the time of walk.

I really don't need to lose the weight I only weigh 125 but I only want to weigh 90-85 I don't look big but still I need to lose the weight and I will no eat to do so!

Well first I recommend that you don't try losing 50 pounds in a single week...because physically, its impossible. Or you could try a diet that could maybe do it in a month...?

I don't know I'm only ten years old and I weigh 90 pounds and I'm ready for the challenge to be 40 pounds! I'm very excited! :D
