Use iodized salt on your food (not other types of salt...I don't think sea salt has any iodine so not that).  According to www.whfoods.com, some of the healthiest foods that are also rich in iodine include: Kelp, yogurt, 2% milk, whole boiled eggs, strawberries, and mozzarella cheese.

Other foods include beetroot, radish, parsley, potatoes, fish, oatmeal and bananas.

Iodine is really essential for the normal and regulated growth and development of the body. It can be added in daily diet by usage of yogurt and mozzarella cheese! Cows milk contains large amount of iodine just like strawberries and eggs. Also sea food is a nice source of iodine. It can also be consumed in the form of iodized salt!

I know there is iodine in crab meat, but I'm not sure how much. I will tell you that you should be able to find out by going to www.wikipedia.org to find out, just type it in the search bar, it will give you a whole list of factors to iodine. Hope this helps you out.

Thank you very, very much!! I love your name!! I'm a Narcoleptic so, Eeyore is more my speed. Narcolepsy is a sleep disorder, characterized by sudden lapses into sleep. Fortunately medication prevents most of the lapses. Thank you again.
