Yes food can effect people heart rate because fat foods,gressy foods, fast foods, junk, smoking and many more is bad for the heart. Salt is another one and can cause high blood preasure.

Yes things like fast food can be very bad because they are very greasy and red meat is also bad as well. Also saturated fats like sweets of almost any sot EX: Oreos

You know...I think yes, especially coffee or a lot of chocolate (it's about me)

People say that your heart rate gets affected when you have lots of sugar and sweets and stuff like that... My teacher want to know every detail and its so depressing :(... If you find something please say something
