Nassy is probably right but I would still check with the state of Florida as there may be some statute against it.

Yes, a person who is 8 months pregnant maybe evicted in the state of Florida, but it is against the law to evict her BECAUSE she is pregnant.  If the reason for the eviction is that she is pregnant, she should contact her housing authority (HUD) or an attorney in the state of Florida and discuss legal options.  Renters have the same rights as the general pubic relative to unfair discrimination, and if the reason for eviction is explicitly concerning her sex or condition of pregnancy, it is unlawful.
