Due to boys going through puberty at different rates and at slightly different ages, there is no accurate average penis size for a 14-year-old boy.

Well I am about 3.5"-4.0" flaccid and 5.2"-5.4" erect.  It helps to have a good diet, be active and to trim your pubes every once in a while.  You should keep growing until your 21 years old. And remember its not the wand that counts, but the magic within it.

I'm 15 years old 5'3'' and I weight 105 lbs with a 6.2 inch penis when fully erect. I Personally thought I had a small penis mainly because of my height but after some research I found out that I had an adult size penis. I would say if you haven't hit puberty yet I would guess that average would be 2.5 (non erect), and 4.5-5.0 (erect). Mine I'm 14, is 3.5 (not erect), and about 6.4-6.5 (erect), and about 2 inch thick. If your smaller than that right now than don't worry about it you got plenty of time to grow.

Well I talked to my dad about penis size. I'm about 6'' when I have a full erection, but my father and brother were both blessed enough to where my father told me he was never really between 4'' and 6'' he just went from little kid penis to 8''-9'' penis. My brother had to get snipped twice when he was young because his penis had already gotten to big so they had to cut him again.
