During human coitus, the male ejaculates into the vagina and the sperm then "swim" higher up and through the cervix and continue up through the uterus and then into the fallopian tubes or oviducts.  If the time is right and a fertile  ovum awaits in the oviduct then fertilisation will most likely occur.  So fertilisation happens in the oviduct.      I do not understand your question relating  to the discharge on /in uterus. Sorry. This is because it is the vagina which receives the sperm.
