I have this clear mucus in my underwear after I urinate. It's been happening for about a week now. Could I be close to my period? (girls only please)

That's vaginal discharge. You get this soon before starting your period. If you notice in the future that it's brown, then you've started you period. About 6 months after I started getting that I got my first period. My sister got hers after 3 months. Everyone is different. You can always wear pantiliners in case you feel you are getting close to your period:)
