I have what seems to be like a blister inside my nose. It started off small but has been getting bigger. Whenever I blow my nose it bleeds heavily. Then the blood dries around it and when I attempt to remove the dry blood it bleeds again?

Try removing all the dried blood..followed by a Q-tip dipped in alcohol
Lastly Apply some neosporin with a Q-tip.

Sounds like a hematoma... A blood blister.  You might have to get it lanced and drained.  See a Doctor.

Get it drained out and keep it clean aswell as as dry as possible. Keep your hands and hygienic so that it doesn't catch any possible bacteria and get any worser.
