Depends how far past the menopause if there has been no periods after 2 years no way,medical intervention will be needed to help with conception,but its not totaly impossible,
Is there any way for a lady who has been through menopause to conceive a child? I know that it is 99% impossible, but is there a way?
Yes there is a way. Biblical there is nothing impossible for God to do, so God can still grant that kind of person children. And biologically, it depend on the age of that person.
