Cytotic is used to treat ulcers caused by the use of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. This drug is also used to induce abortion as off label indication. You have not indicated duration of your pregnancy and dosages you followed to induce abortion. Usually this drug is taken along with another medicine called mifepristone. Cytotic is taken 72 hours after mifepristone with 92% success rate. So, it may or may not cause abortion. In your case, another possibility is blighted ovum pregnancy. In this pregnancy, test is positive but without fetus. So, this might be cause that you have no bleeding after taking cytotic.
In my opinion, you should get pregnancy test in blood and if positive then visit a doctor because in case you are pregnant and already have taken cytotic then newborn can have many birth defects.
