The chemical ingredients are different. If you are talking in terms of recreational purposes, I think adderall is much better. I have done coke a lot and after I used adderall, I fell in love with it. It is cheaper, cleaner, keeps you high for longer time, you don't have to take it every 10 minutes and your nose is not stuffed and you don't feel dirty either. I think it's the best drug in the world.
