I really want to break my wrist so I can get a cast, it is for a good reason that you don't need to know. So could someone give me ideas on how to break my wrist? Thanks!

Well, I broke mine by rollerskating into a safety barrier. It was a nightmare. I couldn't ride my bike or my motorbike, couldn't risk skating. My rock climbing was on hold. I couldn't do my job properly. I couldn't write properly. The cast kept me awake at night. It hurt like hell. Hateful - you do not want to break your wrist -  honestly, you don't.

You can find the materials to make a cast substitute at Home Depot. I would try making a cast.

My girlfriend broke her ankle slipping down some stairs years ago, and she has problems with it to this day. It hurts when it's cold outside, she still can't run on it properly...

That is not a very good idea but, I just broke my finger and hand and got a cast. I did this by accidentally falling on ice and landing on my hand while it was in a fist. You get a cast. Also, you can also break your hand by punching a brick wall really hard. Well, any kind of wall really.

I know you said you don't want to go into the details of why you need to break your wrist, but surely SURELY there must be a better way to deal with whatever situation you're facing without doing potentially permanent damage to a part of your body that you'll find pretty useful throughout your life!!!

As Ray mentioned, breaking a wrist is no fun. Just Google image search "broken wrist". It's not all pictures of quirky casts that all your friends get to sign. It's a pretty painful injury that could affect the use of your hands for the rest of your life, not to mention what would happen if you ended up impacting on blood flow or damaging nerves...

I'm sorry but it's a dumb idea. And the only reason I haven't moderated your question is because I hope that anyone else that's in the same frame of mind as you might stumble upon these answers and think twice before injuring themselves!
