As in a mouth swab? If so just brush teeth really good and don't smoke meth the day of the test... Shouldn't smoke meth at all but the mouth swabs are designed to literally only catch what you did before you got there lol. For future reference if you have a drug test to pass don't do drug haha.

After smoking meth it will be detected for up to three days, so it could be difficult to pass a saliva test after only two.

My advice is to try and delay, if you can. After 3 days you should be "clean" so to speak, so find out how strictly you must adhere to the testing schedule.

Saliva tests are the easier option, however. Meth can be detected for up to 90 days in tests carried out on your hair, and up to 5 days in urine tests.

Of course, as with any drug, the amount of time meth stays in your system will vary from person to person depending on the following factors:

  • Body weight, height, age and general health
  • How regularly you use the drug. Regular users of any drug will have traces of the active chemicals present in their body for much longer than one-off or occasional users.
