Of course you can be pregnant and have no symptoms, many women don't find out they are pregnant until their 4th month or so!

It's possible to be pregnant and not experience any obvious symptoms, and this is especially true in the early stages of pregnancy.  Women will experience a variety of different symptoms during their pregnancy, and will also experience them at different times.

There's really no accurate way to know when and what symptoms a woman will feel during her pregnancy - it just varies from woman to woman.

That being said, if you're worried about your pregnancy or notice something abnormal, then you should definitely seek medical advice from your doctor, who will be able to run tests to check that everything is going smoothly.

Here are a few symptoms to look out for within your pregnancy:

  • Missed period - this is usually the earliest indication of pregnancy.  Women who are pretty regular with their periods may notice this more quickly.
  • Feeling nauseous - often referred to as morning sickness, nausea can actually occur at any time of the day.  Roughly 50% of women experience this.
  • Tiredness - early signs of pregnancy often include tiredness, especially within the first three months.
  • Irregular urination - you may feel the need to go to the bathroom more often than usual.

These are simply a handful of possible symptoms for someone that's pregnant, and not everyone will experience all of them.  Many women don't realise they're pregnant at first, but you should seek medical advice to check things are going okay.
