Anorexia is an eating disorder, and if you refuse to eat and only consume 300 calories a day, I think it will be considered anorexia. Because we need around 1300 calories every day.

Our body needs more than a thousand calories everyday to keep us strong and active all day long.

Anorexia is an eating disorder than generally has underlying psychological problems that caused the eating disorder.

Eating only 300 calories a day would be considered, at the very least, a starvation diet.  Such a diet would have terrible consequences on the body, including tiredness, heart problems, irritableness, seizures, ect...

It is recommended that woman eat no less than 1000 calories a day and men eat no less than 1200 calories a day.  If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, using an app (or the desktop version) like MyFitness Pal to help calculate a more exact number according to your activity level, height, weight, age, and how much weight you want to lose per week.  Your healthcare provider could also help you with that as well.
