Does anyone else have panic attacks?
I've had only three panic attacks in my life so far. The two most recent ones were the worst. One during an English quiz, and one in an airplane during some turbulence. My most recent one was earlier today, actually about an hour ago. It lasted about ten minutes. I have terrible anxiety and paranoia that may have been the cause of all three.
