Took blood pressure and it was 150/77 with pulse 90 that was in the right wrist. On the left it was 115/79 with pulse 104 what should I do?

Check it again. If you are using a wrist blood pressure cuff, you must be in the proper position to get an accurate reading. You need to bend your arm at the elbow and have your wrist at heart level....even doing this, readings are not extremely accurate. The readings you have mentioned here are high and should be mentioned to your doctor but I wouldn't be in a panic over them.
