The answer to this is always the same. Eat a well portioned, balanced diet, and get plenty of exercise and sleep.

One of the most common questions I get is how to lose belly fat. Belly fat is actually the most dangerous type of fat – besides aesthetics, large waist lines are indicators of –disease-disease-disease.

As I said in a similar topic try not to eat after 6 P.M. And never eat before you go to bed. Drink more fluids because sometime thirst is mistaken for hunger. Exercise at least twice a week even if it's for 20 min.

Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't.

If you could only afford the time to do one of these things probably has the most immediate benefits you can see.

1. Don’t Eat Sugar… and Avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages Like The Plague, coke etc, avoid such beverages.
2.Eating More Protein May be The Best Long-Term Strategy to Reduce your Belly Fat.
3. Eat Foods Rich in Fiber… Especially Viscous Fiber that helps to reduce unwanted fat from your body.
4. Aerobic Exercise is Very Effective at Reducing Belly Fat, It is among the best things you can do if you want to live a long, healthy life and avoid disease.
5.Track Your Foods and Figure Out Exactly What and How Much You Are Eating.

Start with you eating habits first, eat three meals a day and one to two healthy snacks. Cut out fast foods, fatty and sweet foods. You dont have to cut it out all together, it's all about balance and moderation. If you want, allow yourself one day a week, fortnight or month to have whatever you want. Don't do strict diets because they never work and don't skip meals. Drink water instead of soda and stuff like that. If you can go to the gym, or just go for a walk, thirty minutes a day is really all you need.
