Like many geezers, I've been battling arthritis for years. Based on my limited experience I'd have to say that nothing  cures it. My doctor has prescribed pain killers which help to some extent -- my hands, neck, shoulders and back are now fairly pain free, but my feet, ankles and knees would prefer me to put them in my pocket and carry them around instead of making them carry me.

Everybody seems to have a cure for arthritis. Some of them may work, some may provide a psychological boost, but they haven't worked for me.

I haven't heard of white cell transfusions but if I thought they were a possibility I'd be on the telephone to my doctor right now.
