What kind of fluids do you drink when you don't feel well?
Water or 7 up.
When I have a cold, I drink chicken broth and have juice for vitamin C. When my stomach is upset, I drink Sierra Mist and eat crackers.
Depends on what's wrong. If it's stomach related, I drink hot tea or 7-Up or Sprite, or water. Sometimes if I have a cold, it's hard to drink, but I will drink iced-tea, even in winter. I hate water but I try to gag it down when I'm sick.

Just plain water or tea, like lemon tea.
I try to down at least a six pack of beer a day !...No ! Just kidding. Lot's of water and some Gatorade and take your vitamin C !

My wife makes hot lemonade for me, with a spoon of honey. Trouble is lemons have gone up in price here. I must pay 77cents each for them. Getting too expensive to get sick.
