I would have to agree with Danae. Anytime you  start feeling this way and have just started taking anti-depressants, it's the medicine. You are not imagining It.

Call your doctor right away if you can. Dial his or her office number, (the one you usually call to make an appointment) and an answering service will come on. Tell them your name, your doctor's name, and what's going on with your symptoms, and they will take your phone number . Your doctor will call you back soon and then you tell him what's going on. He will have advice for you.

If you can't do it tonight, drink plenty of water and lay down and rest, watch some TV and try to relax . Call them FIRST THING in the morning and ask to speak to the nurse and she will tell doctor, and they will call you back ... But it's best to call your doctor now. That's what they are there for.

If you begin to have a severe rash and trouble breathing,  as if you feel an allergic reaction, you will need to go to your closest emergency room. But it doesn't sound like that, but you do need to call your doctor.

You may need a much smaller dose for your prescription. It does take a few weeks to get used to them because my brother was on that and some it affects that way, and some it doesn't. Please feel better soon.
