PLEASE PLEASE HELP: i had been using tramadol for 6 years straight, now i have really bad withdrawl, so does seroquel(quetiapine) helps?

I don't think seroquel is utilized for withdrawal symptoms. Seroquel is an anti-psychotic medication used in treatment of mental health disorders like schizophrenia. If you're having withdrawal symptoms, talk to your doctor regarding this.

You should only withdraw from a drug you've been taking for 6 years under the guidance of a doctor.  Apart from the withdrawal symptoms it can be dangerous to stop cold turkey.
