Bestfriend and me took MDMA, the comedown is horrible, is this normal? Basically this morning we had a massive arguement, like I said something he knows I always say and so do other friends, and he took it to heart and just told me to leave ect, we've been through alot yeah we usually argue (we always make up) and this time it's different like.. Is this normal for an MDMA come down?

Yep. Not lecturing you but Ecstasy alters mood and your perceptions of things. It's not good for your brain. Here's some of the effects of it:

  • Dopamine—causes a surge in euphoria and increased energy/activity
  • Norepinephrine—increases heart rate and blood pressure, which are
    particularly risky for people with heart and blood vessel problems
  • Serotonin—affects mood, appetite, sleep, and other functions. It
    also triggers hormones that affect sexual arousal and trust. The release
    of large amounts of serotonin likely causes the emotional closeness,
    elevated mood, and empathy felt by MDMA users.

Very normal! As the person above said, once your high is over your stripped of all your serotonin and left feeling depressed/angry at the littlest things for days after. This is because your body is working to regain your serotonin back to normal levels. Molly is a mood enhancer drug, so what comes up has to unfortunately come down, leaving you feeling not yourself for days after the high.
