WWE is as fake as it comes, those people are trained in what they do....that being said, what they do is physical with the very real possibility of injury.
"Probably" ... Nothing. It's all fake, and they are trained how to take falls/get hit. There even used to be a TV show, where contestants would take the training to become WWE "actors".
