Pretty much what Tiger said happens. Here are some facts of the matter ! Take your Vitamin C every day! I haven't had a cold in years ! I'm glad too as it really messes with my bronchitis !

I agree with Tiger and Rooster.

I had a Vitamin C packet daily, its packed with 7 minerals.

Get your Flu and Pneumonia shots early (I had both two days ago).

Stay away from sick folks and practice good body and dental hygiene.

I can't remember the last time I had the flu or a cold.

Hi the pharmacist said you're a diabetic I recommend a pneumonia shot, its free would you like to have it? I said yes. There was no discussion about age or anything. The pharmacist knows my medical history and is very helpful on recommendations for me.

OK - I'm not 60 yet. I might check with my doctor on this shot. I'm pretty diligent about the flu shot, just haven't heard about the pneumonia shot. My sister did try to get the shingles shot but she wasn't 60 yet and wouldn't give it to her. Thanks for the info, ladies!
