When my boyfriend go to bed he starts getting these weird twitches and sometimes his legs start shaking uncontrollably for a second. He pretends its an itch But his hands also tense up. I don't know if he has a condition or he doesn't know what it is?
Since it's only at night and both his legs and hands are involved he needs to see a sleep disorder physician. It could be nothing but he needs to have it checked out.
