thanks for the answer . Can you please tell me if this diet that i follow is a good one?
Well , my diet is , Morning(just after i wake up) : Green tea with half lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey and few tulsi leaves and few raisins.

Then for my break fast, generally after an hour of waking up , i go for 3 roti (wheat) , any vegetable preparation and slliced fruits..

Then after 3 more hours , i have 2 roti with random veg curry and sliced cucumbers .

Then after 4 hours , i have my lunch , which is a bit towards the heavy side , rice , any non veg preparation , lentils and sometimes few veg as well.

Then after 2 hours or so , my lemon + watr +honey and some fruits , and workout.. Then after 3 more hours my dinner which is lighter than my breakfast.

Is this a good diet ?

As long as that isn't all you are having. You need to maintain a well balanced properly portioned diet.

I personally could not eat that much food. Here in the US we have three meals a day (some do but I just each one or two and then some have 5 very small meals a day) and a small snack. You need to look up caloric content of each food you eat according to the grams eaten and work from there and eat the recommended calories a day (research that for your age) if on a diet. . We can't tell if you're eating a tiny bit of these foods or a big bowl of each by your description. Also it won't help much if you don't exercise but if you're walking a lot then that is good exercise. Good luck.
