Why am I getting those spasms/cramps in my legs all the time?

drink plenty of water every day... If you don't. You have no flipping idea how important water is to your body... And my mum said more potassium and calcium could help with this cuz my dad has this issue as well.

Dehydration? My mom gets bad cramps and when she drinks a lot of water doesn't get the pain anymore

Could be lack of potassium

Before I'd see a doctor I'd look at on of two (or even both) issues.  Dehydration and/or low potassium. So drink plenty of water and eat foods high on potassium.

Could be from a number of things .. Most common is dehydration or  lack of potasium.
