Some tips for keep body fit and strong:-

Drink enough water and eat a healthy, balanced diet.

Eat foods high in vitamins, minerals, and protein, and low in fat and sugar.

Do not skip meals, especially breakfast.

Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.

Balance and vary the type of exercise you perform.

Perform moderate and vigorous physical activities every week.
