This is definately a problem, have you both tried things like him wearing boxers, and applying an ice pack.  Your taking your temperature everyday, to check for ovulation.  There is a greater chance of conception, if you abstain during periods between trying to conceive.  If all else fails, speak to your doctor for more alternatives

Yes of course you can. It is possible. However, if the motility is below 4% then it may prove very very difficult. You may need to seek the doctors help for refferal for IVF (ICSI). Keep trying, use ovulation tests to maximise your chances. Good Luck.

Yes it is possible let him take zinc, vitamin C,vitamin E etc for at least for 6months the count will improve and also pray.

Yes you can .but it all depends on how long you have been trying. Me and my husband tried for 2 years but nothing happened so we are doing ivf now...
