It really boils down to either culture, colour/texture of skin and/or high testosterone. Some women have a high level of testosterone which results in 'unwanted' hair. For example extremely dark women have a lot of unwanted hair and some women are naturally physically strong - due to high testosterone - as this is a male hormone, which may encourage the growth of unwanted hair. There is nothing wrong with women having high testosterone, as the most feminine woman can experience this - which may lead to extra hair growth. The best thing to do is either wax - if you have slight hair growth, or for sever growth however you may have to see your GP and possibly go on the pill for more oestrogen (a female hormone - which men also have) but it counter acts the testosterone! (if that makes sense!) Nothing to worry about at all though.
