Spotting pink blood at start of periods does not indicate any thing. Majority of women start their periods in the form of spotting then light bleeding followed by normal flow. Then bleeding tends to decline and becomes light in color. You should not worry about this pink spotting at start of period if you get normal flow of periods after this.
