Periods can be late not necessarily meaning pregnancy. The female body is very complex. Nauseous? Bloated? Tender breasts are signs of early pregnancy. Vomiting can happen at anytime of day so if your throwing up at 5:00 pm don't think it can't be "morning sickness" best to get a pregnancy test if it has not arrived soon. Hope I helped :]]
