Can You Drink Alcohol While Taking Levothyroxine?

I am taking levothyroxine. When I've gone out with my friends to a bar I have had only a couple of drinks. And I seem to blank out and can't remember anything. Is this a side affect of the drug and alcohol???

I take levothyroxine and I've got really drunk a few times nothing bad has happened to me
but I can't talk for everyone it could effect different people in different ways
the best thing to do is ask your doctor I suppose

Of course you can drink but whether or not its okay is a different story you should ask your doctor

I'm the same I always seem to blank out when ive had only a few drinks...I think its because of the thyroxine
