Ive been using it for 2 weeks now for acne scars (black to dark brown spots on face) and burn mark (from cooking) and a cut mark (from a bike accident minor) lol so yeah I'm a wreck but acne scars are almost gone worked amazing on that and quick results, burn marks taking time but I can see it fade slowly... And cut marks are fading too but very slowly... I wuz asked to use it for eight weeks...(2 months) and I'm definitely sure ill see results at the end of my 2 month periods. But be warned that it can cause severe allergic reactions to a lot of people so done use it unless dr prescribed. Also make sure you don't extent more then 2 months of using it... And use it only at night and wash proper in the morning and apply moisturizer cream... Using it in the day iz not advisable due darkening of skin which will appear if you use melacare in the day and go under daylight or sun!! Hope this helps take care and good luck :)
