If she was just walking, it shouldn't be too serious. If it's still bleeding, or if she starts vomiting, you need to get her to the doctor right away.
Keep your eyes on her eyes too, if her eyes dilate, then that's another thing to look out for, and seizures. These are usually signs of a serious injury and can be life threatening. But it doesn't sound that terrible.
