The regular size bottle of nyquil is 10 ounces and to get to a .03 BAC you would pretty much have to drink the entire bottle, depending on your weight.

and nyquil has 10% alcohol, your BAC would be .0318 without any time passing. The numbers change if you drank it over time or tested some time after you drank it.
But forget the alcohol level, if you drank a whole bottle, you would be seriously overdosing on the drugs also in the medicine!
