I am 38 years female , in th you/s scan showed hepatomegaly fatty liver, I underwent appendectomy I month back , and now I have abdominal pain both in the upper abdomen and in the surgical site along with si vere headache ,nausea, not able to eat, heaviness fullness in the stomach,fatigue
Lots of water and low salt....or even better, NONE!!! As well as plenty of exercise, like your doctor probably already told you...
Without your liver, you die a quick, but VERY painful death, so take care of it.....also a diet rich in iron might help, but don't over do it or you'll make things worse...
Try eating small canned fish, like sardines and oysters, once or twice a day..... Or ask your doctor what type of multi-vitamin would work best....but before you start playing with pills and tuna fish, consult your doctor..... I'd give you a consultation but I can't see you, I don't know your level of stress, fat intake, body mass or any other aspects...
To make things simple though, stay away from sugary/salty treats, acidic foods and large amounts of alcohol and you should be fine. Best of Luck!!!
