I think you are not spelling properly. Because there is no term like RBW. IT can be RDW means random distribution width of RBC. It is tested to know size of RBC to diagnose anemia. Its normal levels are 14.5%. Your levels of 15.3% means large size of RBC which indicate anemia due to deficiency of B12 or folic acid. If so you should be worried.
